1. Completed It Mate material
The Completed It Mate brand, logo, original Card artwork, original illustrations, page designs, copy, software and other material created for the platform are owned by or licensed to Completed It Mate unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, republished, sold or used to create a competing service without permission, except where the law allows.
2. Films, music, television, games, books, sport, vehicles and other products
Completed It Mate is independent. References to third-party works, products, services, people, venues or brands are used to identify the real-world things a user may have experienced or completed.
Copyright, trademark and other rights in those third-party works remain with their respective owners — which may include artists, authors, photographers, publishers, record labels, film or television studios, game publishers, manufacturers, sports bodies, teams, venues, licensors and other rights holders.
Unless expressly stated, inclusion in a Card does not mean that the relevant creator, artist, studio, label, publisher, manufacturer, league, brand or rights holder sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with Completed It Mate.
3. Images, covers, posters and product artwork
Where the platform displays a third-party image — for example a film image or poster, album or book artwork, game image, vehicle/product image, event image, photograph or similar visual — copyright remains with the original rights holder. Display of an image does not transfer ownership to Completed It Mate.
Our policy is to use original artwork, licensed material, user-provided content or other material we are entitled to use. Third-party imagery should only be displayed where there is a lawful basis or permission for that use. A copyright notice by itself does not create permission to use protected material.
This page is therefore both an attribution notice and a statement of our content policy; it is not intended to claim ownership of third-party creative work.
4. Names and trademarks
Film titles, album names, game names, product names, car marques, league or event names and other identifiers may be trademarks or otherwise protected. They remain the property of their respective owners. Their use on Completed It Mate is for identification and reference and does not imply endorsement or partnership.
5. Photos and material uploaded by users
Users retain ownership of their original uploads. By uploading content, a user gives Completed It Mate the limited rights described in our Terms & Conditions so we can host, process and display it according to the user's chosen privacy and sharing settings.
Users must only upload material they have the right or permission to use.
6. Rights-holder enquiries
If you own or represent rights in material shown on Completed It Mate and believe it has been used incorrectly, please contact us with enough information to identify the material, the page where it appears, your relationship to the rights and how you would like us to respond.

We will review credible notices and can remove, replace or restrict material while a rights issue is investigated.
